Tutor Training - Teaching the teachers

Tutor Training classes are held at the center throughout the year.

Prospective tutors...

• receive 10 hours of instruction
• need not be bilingual or having teaching experience
• work with students approximately 2 hours each week
• are invited to attend "Tutor Support" seminars upon completion of their initial training
• are asked to pay a small fee for partial payment of training books,materials, and membership dues.
  (we are a non-for-profit organization that relies solely on donations)
